Gold is trading between the 1/4 and 1/2 levels relative to the current local low. This creates a slightly broader zone extending up to the strike at 4082 on the spot market. I expect a move into this area.

Gold is encountering resistance at the previously identified strike level, with a pullback currently in progress. The asset is at a pivotal point of bifurcation.

A retracement of 1/2 negates the bullish trend. However, if we test today's extremes again and break above the 1/2 level, the next potential target becomes 4132 (which also aligns with the closure of a balance gap).
