FreshForex is an international forex broker that has been operating since 2004 and serves traders in more than 150 countries. The company works with market execution (NDD): orders are routed to the interbank market instead of being filled inside the dealing desk. The key conditions are a minimum deposit from $25, leverage up to 1:2000, three account types (Classic, Market Pro, ECN), MetaTrader 4 and 5, and more than 270 instruments, from forex and metals to stocks, indices and crypto.

Legally this is a single international jurisdiction with no major European or British oversight. In the client agreement the operator is named simply "the Company", and the law of its country of registration applies - a country that is not publicly disclosed. Services are not provided to residents of the EU, the UK, the USA, Russia and a number of other countries.

ℹ INFO FreshForex is not a European broker with a compensation fund, but an international platform aimed at traders in the CIS, Asia and Africa. That brings both pluses - a low entry threshold, high leverage and a wide range of assets, and limits - weak regulation, an undisclosed operator and noticeable withdrawal fees.

About the broker

This is a CFD broker rather than a provider of physical assets: you trade contracts for difference, and a losing trade can wipe out part or all of your deposit.
  • In business since 2004 - more than 20 years on the market;
  • Clients in more than 150 countries;
  • Three main accounts - Classic, Market Pro, ECN, plus cent and swap-free versions;
  • Minimum deposit - from $25;
  • Maximum leverage - up to 1:2000 on Classic;
  • Platforms - MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, WebTrader.

Regulation and legal structure

FreshForex does not cite a licence from any major Western regulator - neither FCA, nor CySEC, nor ASIC. The brand operates through a single international jurisdiction, and the operator itself is not named on the client pages.
  • The client agreement refers to "the Company" and does not disclose its name or legal address;
  • The applicable law is the country of registration of "the Company", yet the country itself is not named in the agreement;
  • Protection rests on segregation of funds and liquidity providers, with B2BROKER among them;
  • Disputes are handled directly through the company, with no ombudsman or compensation scheme like the FSCS.
⚠ IMPORTANT The FreshForex operator is not publicly disclosed and there is no investor compensation fund. In a dispute the protection will be noticeably weaker than with a broker holding an EU or UK licence, so this level of regulation should be weighed up before you deposit.

A separate limitation is geography. The company does not accept clients or conduct business in a number of jurisdictions.
  • No service for EU residents, including Belgium, Spain and France;
  • No clients accepted from the UK, the USA or the Russian Federation;
  • China, Hong Kong and North Korea are also excluded;
  • High-risk countries on the FATF list and states under international sanctions are added.
At the same time the rouble, tenge and som appear among the account currencies and payment methods, alongside Mir and Tinkoff cards. This is a typical picture for a Russified international broker: a Russian-speaking audience is served, but there is no formal registration of clients from Russia. Before opening an account, check that your country is not on the restricted list.

Trading accounts

The three account types follow one logic: the lower the spread, the "rawer" the execution and the more transparent the commission.
AccountMin depositSpreadCommissionLeveragePlatform
Classic25 USDfixed from 2 pipsnone (except CFD on stocks and crypto)1:25 - 1:2000MT4 / MT5
Market Pro25 USDfloating from 0.9 pipsfrom 0.003% per contract1:25 - 1:1000MT4 / MT5
ECN25 USDfrom 0 pipsfrom 0.003% per contract1:25 - 1:1000MT4 / MT5
The recommended deposit is higher than the stated minimum: from $200 on Classic, from $400 on Market Pro and from $2000 on ECN.

ℹ INFO The entry threshold is $25 on every type, but on ECN the stated recommended amount is from $2000. For those just getting started, there are cent versions Classic.Cent and Pro.Cent, where the value and commission are a hundred times smaller, as well as a demo account.

Trading conditions

The official pages claim execution "from 0.05 seconds" and "no requotes" - these are the company's own statements rather than an independent measurement, and in times of high volatility delays may be more noticeable.
  • Execution - market (Market Execution, NDD) on all types;
  • Spreads - fixed from 2 pips on Classic, floating from 0.9 pips on Market Pro, from 0 pips on ECN;
  • Commission - none on Classic (except CFD on stocks and crypto), from 0.003% per contract on Market Pro and ECN;
  • Leverage - up to 1:2000 on Classic, up to 1:1000 on Market Pro and ECN;
  • Margin Call / Stop Out - 100% / 20% on Classic, 100% / 40% on Market Pro, 100% / 60% on ECN;
  • Volume - from 0.01 lots, maximum from 20 lots on Classic to 10,000 lots on ECN;
  • Margin for locked positions - 50% per position;
  • Scalping, hedging and Expert Advisors - allowed;
  • High-volatility events - order levels may widen by up to 10 times.
ℹ INFO The company states that potential losses are limited to the amount deposited. The Stop Out level differs by account type: on ECN it reaches 60%, so in a heavy drawdown positions are closed earlier than on Classic.

Instruments

More than 270 instruments are listed in total, and the exact set depends on the account.
  • Forex - 49 currency pairs;
  • Metals - CFD on precious metals (13);
  • Stocks - CFD on more than 115 companies;
  • ETF - CFD on exchange-traded funds (7);
  • Indices - CFD on 12 indices;
  • Energy - CFD on oil and gas (3);
  • Cryptocurrencies - CFD on more than 70 digital assets;
  • Synthetic indices - a separate line for trading outside regular sessions.
The crypto segment is wider than at many competitors, but these are CFDs on tokens rather than ownership of the assets themselves. They are traded almost around the clock.

Platforms

  • MetaTrader 5 - the main terminal on Classic accounts, with more timeframes and support for different asset classes;
  • MetaTrader 4 - the familiar tool for Market Pro and ECN, with a wide choice of Expert Advisors;
  • WebTrader - a browser version running on Windows, macOS and Linux;
  • Mobile apps - for Android, iOS and iPadOS, to keep an eye on the market from your phone.

Deposits and withdrawals

There are many payment methods, but the fees depend on the route - so it is worth watching the numbers.
  • Deposit - bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Mir, P2P and cards in KZT), cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT on the ERC20 and TRC20 networks, BCH, LTC, XRP, ZEC, USDC) and e-wallets (ADVCash, Perfect Money, Webmoney);
  • Deposit fee - 0% for most methods, but 15% for Webmoney;
  • Crediting - instant for most methods, for crypto it depends on the network;
  • Account currencies - USD, EUR, KZT, MYR, NGN, TZS, ZAR plus cryptocurrencies;
  • Withdrawal - crypto from 0.1% to 1% (with minimums), wallets 0.5-2%, bank cards from 3.5%, Humo/Uzcard 6.5%;
  • Withdrawal time - quick for crypto and wallets, up to 5 banking days for cards;
  • Request processing - on weekdays from 05:00 to 14:00 EET.
⚠ IMPORTANT Withdrawals to bank cards are the most expensive and the slowest: the fee starts at 3.5%, reaching 6.5% for Humo/Uzcard, and the wait can stretch to five banking days. If speed and low fees matter, crypto or e-wallets are the better choice.

Additional services

  • Analytics - Fresh Forecast, trading signals, an economic calendar and a calculator;
  • Education - an interactive tutorial, webinars, reading materials and the CleverFX encyclopedia;
  • VPS server - so Expert Advisors keep running even when your computer is off;
  • Easy Bot - a bot builder that needs no programming;
  • Huckster advisor shop - buying experts, indicators and scripts, with a free section;
  • Investment portfolios - analyst recommendations (conservative and speculative) after a deposit of $100 or more;
  • Copy trading - built in, but there is no classic PAMM model;
  • Partner program - rewards of up to $30 per lot.
There is no classic discretionary management here: instead of PAMM there are analyst recommendations and portfolios, the results of which are the client's own responsibility.

Strengths

  • More than 20 years in business - a serious track record that speaks of surviving market cycles;
  • More than 270 instruments, including a large crypto segment;
  • High leverage up to 1:2000 and market execution without a dealing desk;
  • A low entry threshold from $25 and cent accounts for testing;
  • Professional ECN accounts with raw spreads and transparent commission;
